Is just that. A short discussion and some back and forth over 1200 miles away and I handed her the wheel. I had shoulder replacement Dec 26th recovery has been challenging and wore me down. But inflammation was keeping me down so the Dr prescribed prednisone. I knew I should have never taken it, less than 2 weeks later I got what I think is the flu so bad I thought I was going to meet my maker. Fever so bad it look two night to break it. I hadn’t slept a solid hour for almost a week of struggling and throwing everything I have at it, I contacted Cindy she did a quantum healing. Gave me all sorts of instructions and I followed all that I could with the supplies I readily had. We did a tapping, I listened to the reiki she provided and settled down for the night.
